Pre-booking is the easiest way — book online or call your branch and we will have your vaccine prepared for you. Same-day appointments are available subject to stock with a £25 surcharge to cover urgent dispensing. Call your nearest branch first if you need same-day service so we can confirm availability.
Most private vaccine visits take 10–15 minutes including a brief consultation. We ask you to remain at the pharmacy for 15 minutes after the injection so we can monitor for any rare reactions.
With your permission, we send a summary of the vaccination to your GP so it appears on your NHS record. You will also receive a digital vaccination card you can show to travel clinics, schools, or employers.
The NHS flu vaccine is free for eligible groups (65+, pregnant, clinical risk, frontline workers). Our private flu vaccine is available year-round to anyone aged 18+, with no eligibility requirements, for £20.
Yes — children receive MMR free on the NHS as part of the routine schedule. Our £60 catch-up service is for adults who missed their childhood doses or are not sure of their vaccine status.
The Shingrix vaccine is a single-dose course administered in one visit. Protection lasts at least 10 years. The NHS only offers shingles vaccine to those aged 70–79; we offer it privately from age 50 upward.
