Zain founded MediPill in 2021 when he bought his first pharmacy, and has since built it into a family-led group of four community pharmacies across Oxford, with personal care at its heart.

As Superintendent Pharmacist he is professionally accountable for every MediPill branch. Today the group provides most NHS services for everyday care, alongside a large travel vaccination clinic and a growing range of private services.

Governance Pharmacist · Independent Prescriber

GPhC-registered pharmacist and Independent Prescriber with over 15 years across community pharmacy, NHS services, medicines optimisation and healthcare transformation. A PRINCE2- and Agile-certified project manager and a graduate of the NHS Leadership Academy’s Mary Seacole Programme.

As Governance Lead, Hinal provides clinical governance oversight – keeping our services safe, effective and compliant, and driving quality improvement and patient safety across the organisation.
