My clinical vision is simple: every patient gets the same standard of care across all four branches, with a pharmacist who knows them by name and who they can return to month after month.

For our private services — particularly the Weight-Loss programme — that means face-to-face monthly reviews with the same pharmacist, not a generic call-centre handoff. Continuity is how we catch the small things before they become big things.

GPhC-registered pharmacist and Independent Prescriber with over 15 years across community pharmacy, NHS services, medicines optimisation and healthcare transformation. A PRINCE2- and Agile-certified project manager and a graduate of the NHS Leadership Academy’s Mary Seacole Programme.

As Governance Lead, Hinal provides clinical governance oversight — keeping our services safe, effective and compliant, and driving quality improvement and patient safety across the organisation.
