For GP practices · NHS colleagues
Four GPhC-registered community pharmacies across Oxfordshire accepting Pharmacy First, blood pressure, contraception and NMS referrals - same-day, walk-in friendly, with outcomes fed back to your practice.
Send a Pharmacy First referral from EMIS / SystmOne using the branch ODS code below - or direct the patient to walk in; no referral is required for them to be seen.
Call the branch and we’ll take the details - useful for same-day cases or where you want a pharmacist to call the patient back.
The pharmacist consults under the national Pharmacy First clinical pathways and the outcome is recorded back to the patient’s GP record in the usual way.
